1. Services Provided

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.

2.1. Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount will be applied.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

3.1. Rescheduling

Rescheduling of services is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We strive to accommodate all rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

4. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and quality of our services, we are not liable for any damage arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, plant diseases, or pests. Clients are responsible for informing us of any known hazards or specific requirements related to their property.

4.1. Property Damage

In the unlikely event of property damage directly caused by our services, we will take immediate steps to address and rectify the issue. However, our liability is limited to the cost of repairing the damage, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide access to the property during scheduled service times and inform us of any specific instructions or preferences. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the garden is safe for our team to perform the necessary tasks.

5.1. Accessibility

Clients must ensure that our team has unobstructed access to all areas of the garden to facilitate the smooth execution of services.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Any personal information collected during the provision of services will be used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6.1. Data Protection

7. Governing Law

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms outlined herein. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10.1. Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates the terms and conditions or engages in conduct that is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
